Spark Mentoring is a non-profit initiative founded by our team’s mutual and genuine passion for giving back through mentoring. Our core driving principle is to positively impact lives through education. We are on a mission to bridge the skill gap, created by a lack of awareness and access to resources, in the Indian education system.

Our programs and services aim to help students with professional skills that are often not taught within the traditional academic curriculum. Our vision is to grow into a mentorship one-stop-shop for students’ holistic professional development by offering resources on career guidance, further studies, and professional skills development - to help you better navigate your career journey.
