OUR STORY
Spark is a non-profit mentoring initiative founded by our team’s mutual and genuine passion for education and mentoring. We are strong proponents of equal and easy access to professional development resources and are an open-for-all initiative. This inclusivity also reflects in the diverse backgrounds of our team members, speakers, and mentors.
As young working professionals ourselves, who graduated less than a decade ago, we have witnessed the challenges students face firsthand and believe that we can address them more relatably. We aim to help you with several professional and peripheral skills (such as communication skills, leadership skills, etc.) that are often not taught or talked about as a part of the traditional academic curriculum.
Our vision is to grow into a mentorship one-stop-shop for students’ holistic professional development. We want to develop an inclusive and comprehensive platform for providing resources on career guidance, further studies, and peripheral skills development - to help you better navigate your career journey. Our core guiding principle is to positively impact as many lives as possible through education and mentoring.
